Would you like to request a change to your schedule? If so, please follow these 3 simple steps:
- Log into your GAPPS account.
- Complete the online AHS Course Change Request form. The form opens at 8:00am on Tuesday, September 2, 2025 and closes at 3:00pm on Monday, September 8, 2025.
- Follow your current timetable until you have connected with a Guidance counsellor. Please realize that course change requests are not guaranteed and will be dependent upon space and program availability.
Please note:
- Students are permitted to submit one form only; there is a section to add additional comments
- Changes will only be processed if your request meets one of the following criteria (and if space permits):
- compulsory course pathway change (i.e. change in course type - academic/applied/college/mixed/university/workplace)
- missing compulsory course
- failure of the prerequisite course
- missing graduation requirement/post-secondary admission requirement course
- There will be no course changes based on preference.
Guidance Counsellors will begin processing your requests, in order of submission, on Wednesday, September 3, 2025.
We hope to have all course change requests (and classes settled) by Friday, September 12, 2025.
